Nila came to our home at a time convenient to us for a comprehensive and complimentary evaluation to meet our four-legged friend and to discuss our needs. She was flexible, prompt, prepared, and professional. This was followed by four weekly sessions to teach basic obedience skills like sit, stay, lay down/drop, and recall. We also worked on additional skills specific to my dog’s needs like crate training, walking on a lead, and one just-for-fun bonus skill. An additional session assessed progress and addressed a plan for moving forward. All training was customized, professional, and at our home /in our neighborhood, and Nila was available between sessions for any questions or concerns. She went above and beyond in all aspects of the training, getting us discounted training supplies, like a collar and toy, and supplied her own treats for training sessions. She even loaned us a crate for our initial crate training. I was beyond impressed with her level of dedication and commitment to helping us learn how to work with our dog.
